Dio Limited Warranty

Effective Date: April 3, 2025

Thank you for choosing Dio. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer this limited warranty to ensure your satisfaction.

1. Warranty Coverage

Dio warrants that your Dio Wi-Fi speaker will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Hardware failures

  • Any other damage not caused by user error, misuse, or external factors

2. Exclusions & Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration, etc.)

  • Damage caused by accidents, drops, spills, or improper handling

  • Damage from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or third-party accessories

  • Issues caused by using the product in a manner not intended by Dio

  • Lost or stolen products

Dio is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this product.

3. Remedies & Repairs

If your Dio Wi-Fi speaker is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will:

  1. Repair the product at no cost, if possible.

  2. If a repair is not possible, replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater value.

Replacements do not extend the original warranty period.

4. How to Claim Warranty Service

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our support team at support@dioconnect.com with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

  2. Our team will provide instructions for returning the product for inspection.

  3. If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace your product.

Shipping Costs:

  • Dio provides free return shipping within the United States.

  • For international returns, shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility, depending on location and policies at that time.

  • Customers are responsible for properly packaging the product to prevent damage during shipping. If the original Dio packaging is not available, the customer is responsible for any costs associated with obtaining suitable packaging. Dio is not liable for damage that occurs due to improper packaging or transit.

5. Legal Disclaimers

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights under applicable consumer protection laws, which vary by country or state. To the extent permitted by law, Dio disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Dio’s maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the product.
