I am very pleased with the Dio Node speaker system. I tried two other (more expensive) whole house sound systems from other companies, but had to return them due to a constant signal drop and being too complicated to use. I was able to get my Dio 3-pack up and running, playing music in less than ten minutes and have been enjoying the system ever since.
I love these speakers. I’ve had them for a few years now and they’re awesome. They’re affordable and they all sync up so your music is totally continuous throughout the house, wherever you have speakers. I love being able to walk around the house and each room has the same thing playing so I don’t feel stuck in one room if I’m listening to a podcast, or if I want ambient music it doesn’t fade out when I leave the room. But if someone else wants to play something different in another room, they can all play individually as well. It’s so versatile and so, so nice.I originally was interested in having speakers without any microphones since I’m not super comfortable with that idea, but these have exceeded that. I no longer pull out my Bluetooth speaker out of its drawer. Dio Node speakers are fantastic. And I have emailed customer service about an issue I had experienced initially (after first launch), and within a few months, a software update was made to resolve the issue altogether. I am so impressed by their customer service and attentiveness to improving the Dio experience. 10/10 would recommend this company.
I work at a restaurant / inn that is about 3,500 sq feet of public space, and the owner was trying to overhaul the audio system. We have two dining rooms and three outdoor dining areas.
The owner was pulling her hair out trying to figure out a way to cheaply sync audio across multiple rooms. Her current solution was multiple iPhones, a Spotify family plan, and some bluetooth speakers + an old school receiver in the dining room. It took forever to set up, you couldn’t shuffle any playlists or play radio stations (which drives you nuts)
She was trying to spend less than $600 but was prepared to bite the bullet on a couple Sonos speakers.
I got her a set of 3 Dios Nodes, a used Airport Express (late 2012 gen 2) and a Sonos Move, I spent like $400 and through the magic of AirPlay 2, it’s all flawless! Music synced across 5 distinct spaces, one source device, no wires, and I looped in the old receiver to use the 9 wired passive speakers in the dining rooms.
I highly recommend these speakers. They’re not stereo, they don’t have a mic built in, it doesn’t matter.
These are very specific speakers, at an attractive price, and they work flawlessly.
The music is perfectly in sync, you will have trouble hearing the transition from one room to another.
If you have a Sonos or Apple multi-room setup and you’re looking for a cheap way to extend it to your backyard, these speakers are it. If you’ve got a store or a restaurant and you need to build out a multi-room setup cheaply, these are it.
If you’ve got a HomePod in your bedroom and you think it could be fun to sync it up with a shower speaker, get one of these!

This speaker is everything it's advertised to be! It's small, yet powerful, has excellent sound quality, and it fits in with any decor; but my favorite part is how easily I can connect to it from my phone and computer without needing an additional app.
My husband got this speaker in a Breo Box and we love it. The speaker is easy to set up and use, it's small so it can fit anywhere, the sound is clear, and best of all, we love that it does not need an app or charging. Our devices connect seamlessly, which is perfect since the phone's speaker is not powerful enough. It's a great addition for any room!
Dio was super easy to set up and connects reliably to our devices. Very convenient
My husband and I were looking for reasonably priced and RELIABLE speakers that we could put in our bathroom to enjoy some music during our morning routines. I am excited to share that Dio does not disappoint!
1.) Dio is way more reliable than bluetooth speakers that we've tried because it works with airplay. Bluetooth speakers need frequent restarts to work which we just don't have time for in the middle of our AM as we get ready for work.
2.) the Dio speakers integrate well with our nicer Sonos speakers around the house - I can use airplay to play through Dio + Sonos.
3.) The audio quality is great!
4.)As an added bonus, the small rectangular speaker looks very cute sitting next to my morning facewash and lotion.
Ease of use, affordability combined with high quality performance! I love the prim and proper Dio Speakers. I used them for my music parties. it had amazing sound quality.
Just got this speaker through a Breo box my wife got me for Christmas. I listen to lots of classical guitar and it is clear and distinct as my Sonos speakers and my Bose. For a small form factor, the sound is great and sounds like it is coming from a much larger speaker. I’ll need to,add a couple more to complement my whole home system.
The Dio node is a fantastic little speaker that performs well above its price point. My only issue is that I only purchased one during the Black Friday sale!
I purchased a Dio 3 pack for myself and liked them so much I purchased 7 more to give for Christmas gifts! Out of the box easy set up and great sound. I’m confident there will be some additional Dio Nodes in my future! J. R. G., NC
Now that it’s officially December and Christmas season, I’ve always loved playing light Christmas music in the background. Before I bought Dio I either had it playing out of my TV, laptop, or small speaker I had in the living room. This worked well when I stayed in one location (mostly just the living room), but was annoying when I had to move around the apartment.
So just recently I decided to play my Christmas music out of the Dios, and I was really impressed! The sound quality was great, it was easy to play out of all my Dio speakers, and it was so lovely walking around the house and hearing the music clearly/not lugging around my laptop. I had these speakers running for several hours without a problem, and they really made it feel like the holiday season. Not to mention the great surround sound when you have a few set up in one room.
I couldn’t recommend these little speakers higher. They’ve really made my holiday season a little brighter.
I'll admit that I was a bit disappointed in the product originally. I ordered 8 speakers to provide sound throughout my condo before they were actually available. Once I received them, I had intermittent connectivity issues and a few problems with firmware updates. I was ready to send them back! But when I voiced my concerns, Akarsh actually reached out to me personally with a path forward on correcting the issues. Since then, there have been a few more firmware updates which have stabilized my speakers and they connect seamlessly...quickly and every single time. I am very happy with these speakers, they sound great and they are easy for me and my guests to connect to. These are great for whole-house sound!
The duo speakers are extremely convenient and easy to use, especially in a multi-person home. My roommate and I can seamlessly connect to the speakers once we are on wifi, and the volume adjustment/speaker selection is simple and quick. This allows us to listen to our own music/podcast headphone free in different parts of the house. The sound quality is great, especially for listening to podcasts or just having background music on throughout the house. I also really like the fact that the speakers have no mic built in.
Lastly, I like how small and unassuming a color the speakers are. They blend in with existing decor pretty well.
We have a toddler who increasingly asks to listen to (mellow) music before she goes to bed. We bought a Dio speaker to try out, and we've been amazed by the quality and ease of use, especially for such a low price. We've had a Bose SoundLink Mini for a long time, and the two products sound virtually identical to us. What's especially nice about the Dio is how easy it is to connect straight from our iPhones, whereas the Bose device requires clicking on the Bluetooth symbol and toggling through to find the right device. The Dio is also a bit more compact, so it fits nicely along the windowsill. Overall, we're really happy we took a chance on this product! With the holidays coming up, they seem like nice stocking stuffers for a few family members who are audiophiles.
We tested these speakers (Dio Node 3-Pack) and were blown away with how easy they were to set up. Way easier than Bluetooth, these speakers use AirPlay 2, which means they're Wi-Fi speakers. Because of this, the audio sounds crisp and clear because there's none of that usual Bluetooth compression that you find on other speakers.
On top of this, set-up took just 10-ish SECONDS for each speaker. Just plug it in and pair to it from your WiFi settings on your iPhone or iPad. You can then pair all speakers together to play the same audio at the same time. Let me tell you -- when you get all 3 speakers playing (or however many you decide to get), it sounds fantastic. Much more immersive than just having 1 speaker.
I think the best part is that you can easily put these around the home or office to have music playing at any time, and you don't have to worry about range. If you're on the WiFi network, you will be connected to the speakers. No range anxiety like you have with Bluetooth speakers.
Definitely check these speakers out! We have a full video review here if you're interested in a deeper dive on these speakers: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yJyeeQexOwk
The Dio Node 3 Pack was a breeze to setup. I had all 3 speakers setup within 10 minutes and was able to AirPlay music from my iPhone without any issues. These speakers are compact and fit perfectly inside your home. The sound and bass are perfect for a whole home speaker system, enough to hear the music but not over powering so you cant hear your friends talking when you have a gathering, and the best part is they don't have any mics on them listening to you.
I picked up a three-pack of these speakers a few weeks ago, and I love how well the integrate with my other AirPlay speakers in my home. I think these are perfect if you want to have a "smart" speaker in a room without all the "smarts." For example, I put these speakers in my kids rooms so we can turn on music for them, but they don't have a voice assistant and microphones listening to and talking with them all the time. The sound is really good and is very comparable to the HomePod Mini.

Dio has been a great addition to my home and works well with my other speakers using AirPlay. I currently have it setup in my office and use it to listen to podcasts or music while working or studying. I did have a little trouble connecting it at first but it only took a couple minutes to troubleshoot and haven’t had any issues since.
These speakers have really good sound for the size. They are very small and portable and once they are setup they just work. If you want great sound everywhere in your house, this is a great way to do it!
I have absolutely loved my Dio Node 3-pack. The sound quality you get out of such a small package is amazing. The nodes are simple to use with my iPhone and it really makes my listening experience so much more fun. They are easy to place in different areas for a surround-sound style listening, and whether I'm listening to a podcast or music, they sound quality is always top notch.
I love listening to NPR/podcasts and classical music in the kitchen, and these speakers work well for that purpose. The bass isn't too strong at all (so these aren't ideal for louder types of music), so keep that in mind. The support from Akarsh and his team is EXCELLENT. My only issues so far have been setting up the speakers to begin with, as it took multiple tries. Once they are set up, they work very seamlessly and have been 98% trouble free. I highly encourage you to try these out! With the 60 day guarantee, it's a safe bet.
