1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open exclusively to attendees of the TED 2025 event. To enter, participants must complete the Dio Node TED landing page form, including a response to the question: "What inspired you at the TED conference today?" 


A valid email address must be provided to be eligible to win. Submissions without a valid email address will not be entered into the giveaway. Limit one entry per person. Duplicate submissions will be disqualified.

 

Shipping of the prize is available only to valid U.S. addresses. Participants outside the United States, including Canada, are not eligible to receive the giveaway.

2. Prize

One (1) winner will be selected to receive a free 3-Pack of Dio Node speakers (retail value: $269.85 USD). No substitutions or cash equivalents will be provided.

3. Entry Period & Winner Selection

The giveaway entry period closes at 11:59 PM PT on April 17, 2025. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and announced on April 18, 2025 via the email address provided at the time of entry. 

4. Shipping Eligibility

The Dio Node TED Giveaway is open to TED attendees worldwide for participation; however, shipping of the giveaway prize is limited to addresses within the United States only.


We are currently unable to ship giveaway prizes to Canada or other international destinations. If a selected winner provides a non-U.S. address, they will forfeit the prize, and a new eligible winner with a valid U.S. shipping address will be selected.

5. Claiming The Prize

The selected winner will have 72 hours from the time of notification to respond and claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this window, a new winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries. Upon accepting the giveaway, the winner will be publicly announced by first name and last initial.

6. Additional Terms

By entering, participants agree to be contacted by Dio Technologies for purposes related to the giveaway and Dio Node product updates, marketing, and future offers. Entry information will not be sold or shared outside of Dio Technologies.
