Immediately after purchasing, you will receive an email confirmation with an order tracking link. You will also receive emails when your order has shipped, is out for delivery, and has been delivered.
Return your Dio Node
For orders from our website, you have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. For a full product refund, your speakers need to come back undamaged and in “as new” condition, as explained in our refund policy. Contact our team to get started with your return and receive instructions on how to send your Dio Node back to us.
The Dio Warranty
All newly purchased Dio Nodes come with a 12-month limited warranty. If you're experiencing difficulties with your product, contact our support team to get started on a resolution.
Extended warranty information and claims
