Warranty Registration Terms

These Warranty Registration Terms explain how Dio Technologies, Inc. ("Dio," "we," "us," or "our") handles warranty registrations, related communications, and warranty-service arrangements. By submitting a registration through a form that links to these terms, you agree to these terms, subject to applicable law.

1. Your Registration

Please provide an accurate email address, country of residence, and the serial number of each speaker you are registering. Register only products you own or are authorized to register. We may request proof of purchase and additional information when you make a warranty claim.

Registration helps us maintain your product records and communicate with you about your products. It does not constitute approval of a warranty claim, establish a new purchase date, or extend the warranty period. Registration and marketing participation are not conditions of coverage under our Dio Limited Warranty.

2. Email Communications

We may contact you regarding your registration, your products, support requests, and warranty service.

Where permitted by applicable law, submitting your registration also subscribes you to occasional Dio emails about your products and other updates, including helpful tips, product and company news, and promotional offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails or by contacting support@dioconnect.com.

Where separate marketing consent is required, we will obtain that consent or rely on another legally permitted basis before sending marketing emails. For customers in Canada, acceptance of these registration terms alone does not establish express consent to marketing emails.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect your warranty coverage or prevent necessary communications concerning a registration, support request, or warranty claim. Registration alone does not reverse a prior marketing unsubscribe request.

3. Warranty Coverage

Your product's coverage, exclusions, available remedies, and claim requirements are governed by the Dio Limited Warranty and the warranty terms applicable to your purchase. These registration terms do not replace that warranty or reduce rights or commitments applicable to an earlier purchase.

4. Shipping and International Warranty Service

Dio provides free return shipping within the United States as described in the Dio Limited Warranty.

For warranty service provided directly by Dio outside the United States, including Canada, the customer is responsible for shipping costs in both directions and applicable import/export duties, taxes, customs-clearance charges, brokerage fees, and other cross-border charges, unless applicable law requires otherwise or Dio expressly agrees in writing to cover those costs.

Customers who purchased through a retailer or distributor should contact that seller regarding locally available warranty service and shipping arrangements. Dio does not guarantee or cover those arrangements unless expressly agreed in writing.

Contact support@dioconnect.com before shipping any product to Dio to obtain authorization and shipping instructions. International service is subject to available shipping routes and applicable import/export restrictions. Packaging requirements are described in the Dio Limited Warranty.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use registration information to maintain product and warranty records, provide customer support, administer claims, and manage communications and marketing preferences. We may use service providers for record storage, email delivery, and customer relationship management. Our Privacy Policy explains our collection, use, and sharing of personal information and your privacy choices.

6. Your Rights and Related Policies

These terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The Dio Limited Warranty controls product warranty coverage and service obligations if these registration terms conflict with it. Our Terms of Service also apply to use of our website and app, subject to applicable law.
